Wallet disabled after re-installing the app
When users delete and reinstall Gridlock, they are often met with a red notice saying they are using a different device to the one they signed up with. This is a problem with Key Regeneration. It is something we have worked on tirelessly, but it seems that around 20% of Android devices still fail to regenerate their keys.
The fix for this is coming in the next Gridlock update. If you would like help with manually recovering your account in the meantime, please contact the Gridlock team on Discord.
